If you are not completely satisfied, please return the undamaged package within 21 days upon receipt of the items for a full refund of item cost, 20% re-stock fee may be charged. A: Average turn around time is about 4-6 business days for US 48 states. For HI , AK, Guan, PR, and VI (US) it may take 7-10 business days by US priority mail or express mail.
B: Free Shipping Method Applied: It will take up to 10-14 business day for delivery if free shipping method or any free shipping code applied. No exceptions.

Q: Why Idearibbon.com can ship item promptly ?
A: Idearibbon.com is one of the traditional sellers on line which stocks thousands of items in its own warehouses, and does not practice the "0" stock strategy by applying shipping via drop-ship by third party.
Idearibbon.com is able to process and ship order promptly from its own warehouse, and its own inventory system as well after processing the payment of order. If for any reasons, Idearibbon.com can't do prompt shipping, they will tell the customer asap, and the order will not be charged at all. If customers like to wait for over 7 business days to ship out from Idearibbon, up to 5% discount of the back order item cost may be given to the customer upon receipt of the back order items. SHIPPING POLICY - IdeaRibbon.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges.
1) Your order will be shipped from the nearest IdeaRibbon loactions
2) For US 48 states, usually only take 3-6 business days to deliver
3) International orders, Idea Ribbon requires express mail shipping (4-7 business days to most of countries). If a customer only likes regular priority ,it will take 1-2 weeks to deliver depends on the locations and the local post office
4) USPS, Fedex Ground or UPS ground are used whenever possible. If require rush order, 1-3 days Fedex express or USPS over night, 1 day and 2 day delivery zone.Please email us to make an arrangement and quote for actual cost. $1.50 for rush order handling fee may be charged.
5)If customers didn't receive items within 7 business days, please email us at shipping@idearibbon.com . We'll reply you and fix any errors immediately
RETURNS Idea Ribbon return policy is easy and simple.
Email idearibbon to get a return authorization number and return the merchandise within 21 days. 20% restock fee will be charged
All Lingerie, Costumes, Bridal intimate items, and 3"x4" Organza bags are final Sales. No return will be accepted !
We do not accept any cancellation once the order processed,especially for our Satin Fabric ,once the ordered satin fabric unfolded and packed into boxes, we can't resale it anymore, so that the order will be out of our hand. and can not be return or cancelled
PARTIAL
RETURNS Idea Ribbon does not accept any Partial Returns, and no such refunds will be made at any time. i.e If Any customers buy 4 tulles, but later, like to return 1 tulle, or 1 and half tulles. Idea Ribbon will not accept such return at all, no exception
Rush Oder : Idea Ribbon will not accept any return or cancellation for any rush orders or order shipped out by express mails.
SHIPPING Unlike many other web stores charge very high shipping for extra profit, IdeaRibbon only charges actual shipping plus very little packing fees. The Shipping charge with your order is estimated, most of time are correct. For US domestic customers, you may check your order's shipping cost before fill out your credit card information by clicking "apply " after filled out shipping address at checking out page. However, if the shipping is either underestimated or overcharged we'll email you for prove at the time of processing the order.
Cancellation: To cancel an order is easy but must according the 3 rules below.
1) Order can be canceled within 24 hrs only after order placing.
In another word, Idea Ribbon will not accept order cancellation after 24 hrs order made. No exceptions.
2) To cancel the order, customer need to call 800-851-0288 and email to sales@idearibbon.com. Idea Ribbon will not accept order cancellation just by phone or a simple phone call alone. It is that Idea Ribbon will accept order cancellation only but through a phone call and an email. Once order canceled, the customer will receive a email confirmation, or any notice by written. No fee will be charged at all.
3)Rush orders can not be canceled,as Idea Ribbon will process the rush order immediately once the order placed.
International VS Domestic Shipping
The shipping cost is for US only , for international shipping, we'll quote it accordingly at the time when the order confirmed. International shipping can not be charged when order placed.
