Q: Is ordering online safe?
A: Idearibbon.com processes all orders through a secure server with 128 Bit Encryption which utilizes the highest state-of-the-art industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect all personal information for a secure e-commerce transaction. Q: How long does it take idearibbon to turn around items ?
A: The average turn around time is about 4-6 business days for 48 US states. For HI, AK, Guam, PR, and VI (US) it may take 7-10 business days by US priority mail or express mail.
B: Free Shipping Method Applied: It will take up to 10-14 business day for delivery if free shipping method or any free shipping code is applied at checkout. No exceptions.

A: Absolutely, yes! Customers may check the order's shipping cost before filling out the credit card information by clicking "apply" after filling out the shipping address at the checkout screen.
Q: Why is Idearibbon.com able to ship items promptly?
A: We are traditional sellers which stock thousands of items in our own warehouse. We do not practice the "0" stock strategy by applying shipping via drop-ship by third parties.
We are able to process and ship orders promptly from our own warehouse using our own inventory system. If for any reasons, Idearibbon.com cannot do prompt shipping, we will notify the customer and the order will be refunded immediately. If your order has not shipped out within 7 business days, Idearibbon will give you up to 5% discount on back orders upon receiving the back order items. SHIPPING POLICY - IdeaRibbon.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges.
1) Your order will be shipped from the nearest IdeaRibbon location.
2) For US 48 states: It will usually take 3-6 business days to deliver your order.
3) International orders: Idea Ribbon requires express mail shipping (4-7 business days to countries outside of the US). If a customer would prefer regular priority it will take 1-2 weeks to deliver depending on the location and the local post office.
4) USPS, Fedex Ground or UPS ground are used whenever possible. If your item requires rush order, 1-3 days Fedex express or USPS over night, 1 day and 2 day delivery zone. Please email us to make the arrangements and quote for the actual cost. $5.50 for rush order handling fee may be charged.
5) If you do not receive your items within 7 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply back to you and fix any errors immediately.
RETURNS: Idea Ribbon's return policy is quick and easy. Please, e-mail us to get a return authorization number and return us the merchandise with 21 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee, however.
All edible supplies, edible ink, glass vases, lingerie, costumes, intimate bridal items, and 3"x4" Organza bags are final sale. No return will be accepted on these items!
We do not accept any cancellations once the order has been processed. We do not accept any partial returns and no such refunds will be made at any time. i.e. If a customers purchases 4 tulles and changes their mind about 1 tulle and wants to return it. We will not accept such returns, no exceptions.
Rush Order: Idea Ribbon will not accept any return or cancellations for any rush orders or order shipped out by express mail.
SHIPPING: Unlike other web stores whom charge very high shipping costs for extra profit, IdeaRibbon only charges the actual shipping plus very little packaging fees. The shipping charge placed on your order is estimated; however, most of time it is correct. For US domestic customers, you may check your order's shipping cost before filling out your credit card information by clicking "apply" after filling out your shipping address at the checkout page. However, if the shipping is either underestimated or overcharged, we will e-mail you at the time of processing your order.
Cancellation: No cancellation will be accepted once order placed online and phone. No exception
International vs Domestic Shipping
For international shipping cost,Idea Ribbon will not charge shipping when checking out. International customers may submit order now, IdeaRibbon.com will email the actual cost when order received. The order will not be processed unless the international customer agrees with the actual shipping cost.
