1)For US domestic shipping, customers can check the shipping cost before fill out any billing information by using shipping calculator when checking out.
2)US Domestic 2 States HI, AK APO PR, shipping cost will be charged per actual cost. Anything over 1 LB, idearibbon.com will email to customer the shipping quote before processing
3) For international customers, idea ribbon system won't charge shipping when checking out, once customer submit the order, idea ribbon will email customer the shipping cost for prove, if prove the order will be processed with shipping cost. If not, the order will be canceled without charge penny. This is a way of fair deal for both parties.
